We designed the jacket using heavy duty tag board, with a special transparent pocket, custom made to hold the top copy of the x-ray form.
The x-ray loaner jacket tells the borrow not to forward without authorization, reinforces the return date and comes in colors so that your films can be readily identified in the borrower's office.
